Preliminary hearings are only designed for a plea and legal counsel, that is ALL. U are not supposed to argue your case that day. If you are not guitly, u say NOT GUILTY. You want to face your accuser, FINE, face him on the assigned court hearing date. You wanna represent yourself, that is fine to. You need legal counsel appointed, an attorney can be provided if u cannot afford one. All this takes place on the ACTUAL hearing date, NOT the preliminary. Why don't u learn about courtroom decorum?

I've no problem with citizens exercising their constitutional rights and standing up for themselves, I'm all for that. I'm just trying to let them know that the court system is designed to operate in a certain fashion, and has a long tradition and history of proper courtroom proceedings. Knowing how and when to act and say things can really help in winning their cases.

Therefore you agree to be prosecuted for whatever man made jurisdiction the system has created for the slaves as if that's the way the system should be, it is not. We are all sovereign, and can not be forced to do something unless we consent to it. And he is wrong. You might want that to be the law, but that doesn't automatically make it the law. Statutes are enforced as law. The courts do not accept a lack of consent as an excuse to break statutes.  They have the physical power to enforce their rules, and they will.
