Preliminary hearings are only designed for a plea and legal counsel, that is ALL. U are not supposed to argue your case that day. If you are not guitly, u say NOT GUILTY. You want to face your accuser, FINE, face him on the assigned court hearing date. You wanna represent yourself, that is fine to. You need legal counsel appointed, an attorney can be provided if u cannot afford one. All this takes place on the ACTUAL hearing date, NOT the preliminary. Why don't u learn about courtroom decorum?
@ricogoldstar haha i've just noticed we've exchanged comments on another video. what i meant from my comment here was i'm sure hes very aware of how the courts do things. he just doesn't want to give them jurisdiction over him by beginning the process
@ricogoldstar lol. I just noticed that myself. I had some "colorful" discussions with some very po'd freemen about my comments. I've no problem with citizens exercising their constitutional rights and standing up for themselves, I'm all for that. I'm just trying to let them know that the court system is designed to operate in a certain fashion, and has a long tradition and history of proper courtroom proceedings. Knowing how and when to act and say things can really help in winning their cases.
@ricogoldstar you have just agreed to contract by entering a plea. Therefore you agree to be prosecuted for whatever man made jurisdiction the system has created for the slaves as if that's the way the system should be, it is not. We are all sovereign, and can not be forced to do something unless we consent to it. What Ian tries to make people understand is that unless you hurt someone, steal real property, or forcefully make someone do something without there consent you have not broken law
@viparisto "What Ian tries to make people understand is that unless you hurt someone, steal real property, or forcefully make someone do something without there consent you have not broken law"
And he is wrong. You might want that to be the law, but that doesn't automatically make it the law. Statutes are enforced as law. The courts do not accept a lack of consent as an excuse to break statutes. They have the physical power to enforce their rules, and they will.
I've seen a few of you videos in court. You lose every time. You still think this freeman stuff works? or are you just seeking some pathetic form of validation?
@roberts1711 No, no, dude, it absolutely works! The only problem is that every single judge in the country is part of an evil conspiracy to deprive us of our rights for absolutely no reason. /sarcasm
@roberts1711 Why don't you just try it for your self?? Wouldn't it better if you said "I've tried this a few times in court and I lose every time"? Rather than just going to court and handing your rights, dignity and wallet over??
GOING IN THE BACK IS ALSO A WAY TO GET YOUR CONSENT TO PROCEED..
u have to discuss personum jurisdiction an subject matter jurisdiction, and dont go to the bak and dont agree to come back, let them threaten u, and go file suit and complaints in a higher court
Of all things for these tyrrants to have a man in court/jail but over a couch on his own property. They need to learn to get a life up there in that area. To think that with all the true needs and problems that need to be dealt with by any government elected body and yet to see that this particular one has so little grasp of what's truly important but that they'd take this much time and take away this man's freedom over something as trivial as a couch on his property. God Help This Country.RN
he was getting bullied, the problem is that the judge has the full weight of the "system" behind him,(i mean the judge). so when they push u and u fold, they have u. he might have been better if he just wrote in to the court instead. then they might not have joiner. also. i think that the courts in UK are more civil. even though they are all the same. simply put, they are all a fraud. check "Freeman In Gloucester Court 29th Jan 2010 Part 1"
"If you say one more word, I'll have you removed." Is that joke sitting there actually saying the guy isn't allowed to defend himself or ask questions or he will be punished? He just threatened the guy. Who could respect that? People actually have confidence in a system that allows this?
you have lots to learn young padawan. by your actions and none actions you consented
you stood before the judge when he asked you too. hence you have entered his jurisdiction. you left when he asked you too and again entered into contract with him.
These judges seem to forget that it we the people who give them the power they have. And yet they seem so high and mighty. Impartiality is supposed to be one of their traits.
I wish I could have heard what was said. e are not allowed to have any recording equipment in court ( MD ) only the court transcriber can record, and they are only about 30% right. As a pro se litigant against Dow, their lawyers and my former lawyer, I applaud your efforts.
Too bad they removed the sound. Nice work Ian, you may have missed your chance when the judge entered a plea, to state that the judge is now the accused, as only the accused can enter a plea. Great work though, these clowns can't even play by their own rules. It takes courage to stand your ground in court, kudos to Ian.
pussy, you could have had him good, "you do not have my consent for you to enter a plea on my behalf , i wish to challenge the jurisdiction of the court and you do not have my consent to deal with this matter without a jury".
The problem is that the system gives these ass hole judges so much power and they can do whatever they want to who ever at any time. THis shit needs to change.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
what a fucking douchebag, now i get why the judge flew off his handle and sent him to jail for so long. this fucktard was asking for it, and he got it.
Been listening to FTL for a couple of years now, awesome to hear about your family move to NH and be such an inspirational part. It is you that inspires me to move, and I intend to soon, the FSP is calling.
Why should he respect the judge? What has the judge ever done to earn Ian's respect? He sits in his throne with his dress on and acts like an emperor, while he arrests peaceful people for not blindly obeying his every order and command. No. This is wrong. Ian has every right to disobey him and he does not have and will never have his respect.
I'm sorry, but this guy was definitely in contempt of court, there is protocol when addressing the judge, lawyers know this protocol, they pay for an education for this purpose.
"I'm not consenting to your process" ... them is fighting words.
the judge was within his rights and definitely has the law as well as case law on his side, the defendant (Ian) has no right to talk back to the judge, he should have put forth a motion to dismiss, and not make a spectacle.
Yeah right. Contempt to whom? Some schmuck in a Saturnic Cult robe? What a bunch of clowns.
It's time to take this country away from these bastards and regain a little liberty.
"protocol when addressing the judge"
He's just a lawyer who gets more money from the State to be an asshole and wear a robe. Not impressed. You show me a court that rules with logic and reason, and I'll respect the "protocol" of the judge.
This court needs more cameras, there is no good reason not to record court proceedings. Courtrooms need more cameras in order to improve the legitimacy of their proceedings.
Funny how the judge was unable to behave as an adult. Speculation but I bet that dude never got laid in high school and now behaves as a bully now he a little make believe power. That judge sickens me. Nice job on the video. Yellow font color was a little hard to read.
Next time sit down, douchebag. Good example of our current generation of pussies. Listen to this clown. What a joke.
