Filmed Paul and Michael doing these on one of my vids but didn't try it. I'm on it bro. Def not as strong as the grip monsters out there but will have fun doing it. Thanks for the challenge Big Jedd.
@BigJsExtremeFitness - Most of the guys who send in videos are not serious grip competitors. Most are leisure interest strength and muscle nuts like yourself so don't be afraid of getting out classed bro!
@here2swear - Not sure what you mean exactly - use a speed bag for this challenge, or in your training in general? I think they are great for people to use in their training. They take some skill and time to learn, but they are rewarding once you get some time on them.
Yeah, i was meaning for using speed bag for training, for getting more power in my wrists and elbows. Anyway i tried this workout which you illustrated here, but with 5 kg discs today. Thanks for your reply Sir.
@JackTheGripper1985 - For the challenge, you need to stay in the spirit of the movement - you can't just drop it down, but at the same time you don't have to do a4-second negative. Go for it brother!
can these be done seated?

@flukebullet1987 - Certainly, and they are just as effective for building the hand and wrist strength. Go for it buddy!

@rox31313 - Remember I am only counting curls with 25's bro. 45's don't count this week, tough guy!

Looks like this should be a good week for the left hand :-D

@Shoggoth09 - I definitely suggest breaking it up between the two hands.

@JeddJohnson Can we have a plate in each hand and do alternating reps?
Shoggoth09 7 months ago
@Shoggoth09 - Let's go with one plate, to keep it the same for everybody.
