I have on of these BakFlip HD covers and due to there being no latching system on the second panel from the tail gate it can be broken into in around 10-15 seconds by lifting the rubber lip from the side and giving a good shove up which pops the fist latch open and presto your into the back of your truck. Mine also leaks from the back of the box by the cab because there is no drip channel to keep the water out when it sneaks under the rubber weather stripping. Security is very poor on this cover

The cover actually locks into place at each position. There is a cord that he pulls to release the cover for every flip.

how is the cover secured if you only open it half way, looks like it will jump around if you bumpy roads

@janhoney85 on the first panel there is a ring on the top and the bottom you can use a bungy or strap to hol the cover down from bouncing around.
