A lot of people compare this to Lord of the Rings, the fact is that this is Lucas semi homage semi ripoff of Tolkien's story. He wanted to do LOTR but Lucasfilm and Tolkien's people could not come to an agreement on selling the rights so he went and wrote willow instead. Interesting to think how close Warwick Davies came to being Frodo.

Movies from bk in the day r always the best becus they used motion capture, puppetry and filmakers really put time and effort in2 them.
