To answer the question of many: This insulting scene only happens when you get a Game Over against Ocelot several times (Either by dying or by setting off the C4)

That's what I did once. So easy to defeat him like that :-p

To have enough C4, you must use it all but NOT destroy the last wall before the room of the fight.

The you can go back take C4 again (it re-appears as long as the last wall hasn't been destroyed)

You use 1 C4 charge to destroy the wall, and then you've got 3 charges left, which is just enough to kill Ocelot.

Another alternate line I know of happens if you spend a lot of time at the beginning of the game in the cargo dock before going up the elevator to the helipad.

Normally when you get the call from Campbell, he says "Excellent, Snake. Age hasn't slowed you down one bit." The alternate line is, "That took a long time. I guess you're feeling a little rusty?" Snake responds that it's all coming back to him now.
