I had no idea how diverse this company is. Their venders are completely positive about Bargreen and Ellingson's ability to solve any problems they may have, be it expansion or new technology. The staff seems well educated and able to think freely to troubleshoot and inovate. To actually have a test kitchen to work out preliminary or established menus and applications is outstanding. From the video it appears that their warehouses are state of the art as well. Great video.
