  • Wow what a great way to advertise. I am already interested.

  • what do poison dart frogs eat?????????????

  • @beardieandme usually you would give em fruit flies or 1/8" crickets

  • Amazing job...

  • the guy below me is a troll

  • Comment removed

  • @johnnyrebel96 Google troll, I think you'll find the only ones who're acting like trolls are you and that other guy. I am merely stating the facts, and if you cant find my statements plausible then "look it up for yourself" (yes you can actually do that) and find out what's really true instead of acting like a fucking idiot.

  • Great video. Just one thing. There is no such thing as a "rose hair tarantula" Tarantulas have bristles, not hair. The common name for G.rosea is if anything "chilean rose tarantula". Cheers

Would have liked to see more of the species of T's there in the video actually =/

  • @lordabomity You are stupid. Grammostola rosea is the scientific name. The common name is rose hair or Chilean rose hair tarantula. They also have urticating hair or bristles. SO SHUT UP! TROLL!

  • @MarkPrimo182 An obvious troll calling someone else a troll. How cute....not. It's almost laughable how you think you're something cause you know the latin and greek words for it, like I don't, HAHA!

First of all asshole.. Tarantulas have setae or bristles, NIOT hair. And the official american arachnological society's committee on common names name for them is "Chilean rose." There is no such thing as a "rose hair" or "rosehair." So shut the fuck up you "know it all" shit head!!.

  • i believe this is in Hayward, California · 94541

  • looks like you guys take great care of your animals. Good job!

  • where r yall located

  • @SnakeFreak36 the are located in lansing michigan

  • Where are you based?

  • Where is this?

  • arnt king snakes posiness?

  • @420KushSmokin420 Lampropeltis sp.? Nope! You're probably thinking of the King Cobra, or something. King snakes are just as harmless as corn snakes or geckos. The only similarity between king cobras and king snakes is that they're both known to eat other snakes. That's where "king" comes from.

  • @Alf90100 thank you im thinking about buying a king snake

  • @420KushSmokin420 Np. They make great pets, I'd definitely recommend them. They're affordable, easy to care for. docile and great eaters.

  • @Alf90100 are they nice snakes? i mostly no about boas

  • @420KushSmokin420 Yes, they're very easy going, docile. But they have a very strong prey response, if you hands smell like mouse, bird or snake it will bite you and even constrict, often refusing to let go. This can be scary for new owners. that's why it's always important to feed them from 12 inch tweezers/hemostats and to wash your hands. But their bite is harmless and not very painful at all, it's just a nuisance really.

  • @Alf90100 thanks for the tips man i might be geting one i have to look at my petstores for some how much do they usaly cost?

  • @420KushSmokin420 There are a few different species of king snake, the species I'd recommend would be the California king. Depending on age, size, morph and coloration, they can vary between about $30-$150 from the breeder. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from pet stores though, they overcharge on everything from animals to dog food.

  • @Alf90100 do you know any breeders in iowa? or were to buy them online because ill have to wait a few months im liveing in my gmas till my mom gets out of a halfway house (Parol assigned)

  • @420KushSmokin420 Iowa? No. Go to kingsnake[dot]com, click on the classifieds option at the top of the page, find king snakes under "colubrids" and check out what people have for sale. You have to pay for shipping, but that's usually not too bad.

  • @Alf90100 what do they eat?

  • @420KushSmokin420 King snakes? Mice, live or frozen thawed.

  • Alright guys help me out here. Bearded dragon, Schneider's skink, uromastyx maybe? Anyone recommend me some lizards that don't grow too big. I already have some leopard geckos.

  • @TheHerpAlex try a chamelion or a nice little anole

  • @reptileguide Haha, I was kind of avoiding chameleons since I heard they need LOTS of care and they can't/ dont like being handled. And dont anoles de quickly? I would like something I can handle (:

  • @TheHerpAlex Have you thought about Rhacodactylus sp., crested geckos, gargoyle geckos, etc.? I'd recommend looking into those. They're widely available, relatively easy to care for and stay fairly small. Those are pretty darn cool, imo.

But then again, if I were you, I'd just get a pet snake.
