Great video. Just one thing. There is no such thing as a "rose hair tarantula" Tarantulas have bristles, not hair. The common name for G.rosea is if anything "chilean rose tarantula". Cheers

Wow I was just in Petco looking at some tanks. They had about 15 different fish, 8 reptile cages(only 5 with actual reptiles in them, 3 bird cages and about 6 small animal cages and had to be about the same size as this store.

But they have a very strong prey response, if you hands smell like mouse, bird or snake it will bite you and even constrict, often refusing to let go. This can be scary for new owners. that's why it's always important to feed them from 12 inch tweezers/hemostats and to wash your hands. But their bite is harmless and not very painful at all, it's just a nuisance really.

@420KushSmokin420 There are a few different species of king snake, the species I'd recommend would be the California king. Depending on age, size, morph and coloration, they can vary between about $30-$150 from the breeder. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from pet stores though, they overcharge on everything from animals to dog food.

@TheHerpAlex Have you thought about Rhacodactylus sp., crested geckos, gargoyle geckos, etc.? I'd recommend looking into those. They're widely available, relatively easy to care for and stay fairly small. Those are pretty darn cool, imo.

But then again, if I were you, I'd just get a pet snake.
