sounds like a very good product, I have some commercial rated products for my business; a very good prespray and stain remover and they work very well indeed. But again the average consumer isn't going to call a pro for every single stain removal needs so this is nice for in between cleanings

I just had a sales man try and sell me a Rainbow vac. Well I didn't buy b/c they want two grand, WOW! You should run more tests on the Miele... have your buddy vacuum while you hold your tester jobber up to the vac. I want more test on the Rainbow too. Thanks you.
