Riding in the Bike Lane? Pass Left in the Next Lane! Bike PSA

I like this video. Not because I care about the other cyclist, but because this manouvre forces you to look for cars. Nothing annoys me more than douchebag cyclists jumping out of the cycle lane with no signalling, and right in front of me. I have to swerve or brake hard, either action possibly causing a crash. If they have to turn around and make sure it's clear before going, thumbs up.

If someone is riding down the street the wrong way either in the bike lane or otherwise, you should push them off their bike because they clearly don't know how to operate one safely in the first place.

Seriously? Ride defensively.

What should I do when another cyclist is heading towards me on the bike lane? (he's riding in the wrong direction).

Should I move out into traffic? Or should I hug parked cars and make him move out?

Or maybe we'll just play chicken?

I would stay right and make the Bike Salmon go into the lane. He's riding dangerously already by going against traffic, so he can take on more risk. Usually I've had these idiots ride onto the sidewalk or cross all lanes to the other side to avoid me.
