both my twin sister and I needed braces she got them first. She used the traditional braces and she got great results and she was able to eat anything--she used to crush ice cubes. I have Damon braces and they are SOOO fragile!!! I've already broken two brackets!!! one while I was eating a quesadilla and the other when I was eating shrimp!!!
