Christmas Crisis actually seemed like it had some potential...

I mean, the sprites were good, the 3D intro was, for it's time, incredible, and the controls are actually Decent for a CD-i game. But still, that doesn't make up for he ridiculous flaws it has.

Yes, I completely agree. In fact there's a tonne of CD-I games that could have potentially been awesome (The Apprentice in particular had huge potential), but sadly most of them turned out to be rubbish.

I got it on Ebay for £12, which was really surprising since another one went for £70!

£12 is around $18 and £70 is around $103. The only reason I got one was because there is no emulator that can handle the CD-I's digital video cartridge, which is needed to play more than half of the CD-I's game library. However, once I'm finished reviewing CD-I games I'm gonna sell it and hopefully make a huge profit =D
