This is one of my favorite parts of Planned Parenthood. They recognize that there is no one-size-fits all approach to preventing pregnancy and the spread of STIs. They simply give the most accurate information available about every method and allow women and men to choose what will work best in their situation.
It does help because people of all ages are pressured by society to have sex. I'm pro-life, but I respect that Planned Parenthood at least suggests abstinence as a method of birth control. When I was in college, one of the class groups did a presentation on STD prevention and mostly talked about condoms. One of the students in the audience suggested abstinence, and then some people laughed, and the presenter said he didn't think there were any virgins in our class.
@fireblend0 It is unlikely, but YES in rare circumstances it is possible to get pregnant this way, plus you need to remember that genital to genital contact can spread some STIs. If you really want outercourse to work I recommend keeping your underwear on. Also remember you can contract some STIs by giving oral sex.
WOW so even the ABSTINENCE video gets a bunch of dislikes?
WTF crazy Catholics?
I think there's a group of people who go around and brainlessly dislike e3very Planned Parenthood video...

Is rubbing the penis to the clitoris can get you pregnant?
