  • God do I love this band

  • post-rock for the win

  • shortest track? 8 minutes? godamn,

  • charles spearin got lazy and used this same bass line in bss's 'ungrateful little father'

i mean a little different, but you know. :P

  • who needs words with songs like this? post-rock <3

  • my brain was starving for something like this. its been far too long. i couldn't be happier.

  • beautiful song

  • Super chill laid back awesomeness...

  • reminds me of something that would have been on goodbye enemy airship/landlord

  • Awesome

  • Amazing. Amazing.

  • thank you for note, i will listen to the entire album when it comes out and hopefully have a different opinion. Honestly, i love this band, just was looking to hear something a little different!!

  • This is the first song from the new album that i have heard and i am hope that it is the ending or beginning of some wonderful tunes in the middle. If not, well, it sounds beautiful but where is the fire and the challenge offered to the listeners- it is the same formula that listeners have heard for years. DMST, i really do love your music, but wake up and throw in some explosions!!!

  • That, if you'd have listened to the album as a whole, is the point. Each of the four tracks is named after one of the words in the groups name, with each word surmising the type of music the band creates. "Think" is the last track on the album and represents their contemplative more melancholy side. "Do" is a charged sonic post rocker, "Make" is a more simplified version, showing they can craft the same sorts of songs but more artistically. "Say" layers guitar riffs over each other so that it...

  • ...seems as if they're conversing in some foreign language. It's not their best album but Mono's collaboration with World's End Girlfriend didn't produce their best work, but probably is the work that best defines them and their sound, the same with this album. I've just uploaded "Do" myself so please feel free to check it out.

  • Great explanation/view of the album

  • Wonderful, thank you. Support DMST at constellation records web site too, and try to see them live!
