Digging Potatoes

I grow red roosters in a hanging sack every year, when they are ready for harvest i just take a knife and cut the bottom of the sack and the potatoes just fall out.

How do you grow potatoes in a sack?

put soil into a sack or take a large bag of compost, sow seeds, hang the bag/sack on a hook outside, add drainage holes if needed, feed and water.
