@misslulz1 REBOL doesn't cost at all - it's totally free. Linux is an operating system like Windows and Mac, but it's totally free and open source. Android is a variant of Linux.  The majority of computers that the web sites run on use Linux as the OS. REBOL runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and other OS's.

Isn't it better to learn the mainstream languages? C++, C# VB java php asp? but i do like the way rebol interprets. gets to the point.

If you want to get a job in a software company, you'll need to know whatever languages and tools they've chosen to complete a given project. You'll also need to be able to work with groups of developers, contributing, integrating, and debugging code. But to get end user applications done quickly and efficiently, nothing touches the productivity of REBOL :)

You don't need high level math for most mainstream programming. If you want paying work, learn the most popular languages and development tools (JAVA, C++, PHP, etc). If you want to get work done for yourself, REBOL's more productive, but it's not popular. The hardest thing about programming is really just learning to think in the language - structuring your imagined program into outlines/final code.  Read the case studies in my "Learn REBOL" tutorial - that'll give you an understanding :)

Yea I think I do becuase some of the programs i have downloaded ive checked to make sure they were compatible with my windows. Beucase I'm running in windows Vista and they all say that they do run with windows vista but i keep getting the same response that it wont let me connect to the internet or something like that. I've even went to firewall and made sure that it was on the exceptions list ive even tried turning firewall off. I dont know what to do.

When you install Rebol on Vista, right click and choose "Run as Administrator". I don't think that's the cause of your problems, but you should eliminate that as a possible issue.

well how exactly do i configure the proxy because ive been having trouble with alot of the programs i download not being able to connect to the internet to access them some of the things i downlaod come up with "not able to connect to internet" or "This page can not be displayed can you help?

Not really - sounds like you need someone to take a look at your system's network configuration...

If your Internet connection uses a proxy, be sure to configure it in Rebol. Check to make sure that you're actually online - other elements of Rebol will work whether or not you have an Internet connection.

what is the difference between 'run as adminstrator' and 'open'?

Running as administrator enables certain permissions for the given program. When installing Rebol, it allows writing to the Program Files directory (not the default in Windows Vista, and a general pain i.t.b. with that OS).

Java and C++ both have more overhead to get started learning, and it's harder to get to a point where you can really use them productively. Learning Rebol will help you understand variables, functions, and all the basics of writing code, but the syntax is simpler - especially when writing GUI code. The only real danger is that Rebol's got some benefits that may spoil you for wanting to learn Java and C++ :)

Not sure what you're asking Mak... This video is about a programming/scripting with a language called Rebol. It has nothing to do with 'binary' by any familiar definition (base 2 number system, two-fold conceptual idea, certain types of data files, etc...) If you clarify your question a little, maybe I can give an answer.

Like any other work that requires study and education, it's a long road, and there's a LOT of competition against really intelligent and experienced coders. If you want work, learn mainstream languages and skills: Java, C/C++/C#, PHP, Perl, Python, Javascript, HTML..
