It didn't matter who was in charge. Fannie and Freddie were destined to fall big time. I realize Barney Frank was not head of the financial service committee when all those bad loans were made and pushed on Freddi and Fannie. He took over Jan 07 and housing was peaking big time based on all the bad loans. Plus the guy said "NOT A GOOD INVESTMENT" since when does that equal Buy..
