MrRusak123 Yea yea, I missed the t there in my haste to stop viewing this car. Ironic though, because looking at this car does bring me pain. With that said... I do know alot about old Alpina's. I just happen to think this style looks terrible. It would look better to me without the black... That's all I am saying...
Use 1:100 (1%) two stroke oil in your tank to prevent tank and engine corrosion if you use the modern aggressive fuel that contain 5-10% methanol (not good for the old engine and fuel system materials!)
I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice old Sports Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Mercedes vintage owners in Germany do so :) Also keeps carbs and EFi injectors clean as new!
@kidballistic the paint is beautiful, if you knew the first thing about ALPINA's extensive history in BMW then you'd think the color is just about perfect
@CockHolePenis 510 owners like you talk a lot but don't have a car that can back it up. If you think a pathetic, rice burning copycat like a 510 can take on a real sports sedan like a 2002, come prove it to me. My adress is 4005 west 13th street Greeley Colorado. I'll race you up the BT canyon with my 2002TI. If your car has enough power to drive on mountain roads! (or doesn't break down on the way).
Removed the twin Solex 40PHH and inslalled twin Weber 45 DCOE, Mahle 11:1, Schrick 280, sthal header, Bilstien sports, and a 4:11 rear end out of a 1600. The car would run with my brother's Pontiac GTO muscle car!

this seems to be a 2002Ti Alpina. This would in fact be very very rare! I had a Tii and I would love to have this car!

It's more likely a ti (touring international) not a tii (second i for injection).
