In my opinion all mainstream soda is bad, but you're right, the lighter soda is somewhat better in that it doesn't contain as much artificial coloring. Try Hansens which makes natural soda. Thanks for asking!

Is it true that darker sodas (like coke) are more bad for you than say, a lighter soda, (like Sprite)?
