@ALEXTASY123 It depends on how long you've had it. I didn't try taking one of mine anywhere till he was about two and a half. They're very smell oriented and it will know your smell and will see you as it's 'home tree'. It's a very good idea though to have a pouch that zips shut to keep it in and only let it out for short periods until you know how it reacts. In my experience though, it didn't want to leave me when away. While at home it can't get away from me fast enough.

@thtktgrl yes they can bite but it depends on the glider usually. My neutered male will rarely bite me (its usually more so over confusion with mealworms) and my currently-being-tamed-down female will bite me at random. Also, Gliders have sharp nails that they use to hold on (like in this video to hold itself to the wall) while they wont "scrath" you in a way that an upset cat might, just running around on you like a human tree will leave little cuts on you. It's just part of owning one. =)

well i have a sugar glider and like many animals you need to feed them to have good health. Gliders need fresh water though they dont drink much water, they get their water from fruit they eat.
