the O'rible O'o....these 4 individuals came as one onstage....they created much more than music...they created pure power beyond the beyond....they could blow away any band in concert bar none......
the pic' above was from the Oakland Coluseum stadium from the 1976 show...they did 2 shows sat./ sun. drew about 50,000 per show.....opening up for The Who was the Grateful Dead.....i went to the sat. show...inFUCKINcredible!!!!
This is not 100% the same Young Vic version as can be found on Who's Next Deluxe Edition!
And I'm not only talking about the 3rd verse, but also some lines that Roger sings with Pete in the 2nd verse that cannot be heard on the Who's Next version ... And some guitar solo parts are also different ...
i know that the version released on the 1995 (?) version of whos next is shorter, and probably a different mixing then the deluxe version. This is probably the deluxe version cause ive listened to the one on the 1995 one, and this is a little different, for example milk and honey flow, i can hear roger or john sing (not sure cause im on a shitty sound system)..
Tonight i'm gonna find myself a woman and lay down on the ground!

In their prime, no-one could touch The 'Oo.
Not the Beatles, Stones, Zepplin, Floyd... NO-ONE!

@Eamuesrtsionn I disagree. The 4th night in New York, MSG with a triple smash is far better than Young Vic or IOW

@MrTriss83 ill look into that.. havent heard it

@MrTriss83 i like the one from the 2nd or first night best(cant remeber which day)....pete improved part of his lyrics on it which was cool

I agree, Pete is the greatist composer, guitarist and the one who really understands notes.
