guys its not the way you think.

lightning is the best, pure expresion of fire. the ''blue fire'' u see, is a weaker form of lightning, everytime u see azula use lightning, it takes a while to shoot it, and she can shoot the blue fire anytime she wants without even trying. so my opinion is that the ''blue fire'' is weaker than lightning and that every1 accept zuko can use it, but just doesn't.
