Imposing poverty may also be named as confiscating ones right to live a peaceful life & deprive one of the basic needs of life to survive by any society. If we all take the world today as a GLOBAL VILLAGE then we must work out & implement an applicable formula for providing the basic rights to survive to all the human beings as the current situation of increasing poverty makes a man, brave enough to commit suicide in any form whether we name this suicide as terrorism.

This is a great initiative. You would probably appreciate what Village Habitat Design does, too. They take these ideas and make functioning communities.
