I just love hearing other people's experiences with Nia and love for the Technique. Perhaps one day, Nia will be the right time for you! Keep those options open as you never know. In Nia one of the most amazing things I learned was about *natural time* - in movement and in life. We are on a clock and calendar because of society, however, we aren't born knowing it's Wednesday or the work day starts at 9. I am learning, as much as I can while still living in society, to follow my own natural time.

I love Nia- I wanted to become a Nia Teacher once- but there are so many hours in a day.
