This works great, but if you do over 6-12 reps, but some more weight on, what i did, is that i took a bag and filled it with books(you can use whatever you have though), and i add/remove them according to what muscle im working :) like 12-15kg on bicep, and 20kg when im doing pushups, and 20+ with squats and lunges ;) just wear the bag on your back on the last two

Hey, I've noticed that when you do lunges, your knee tends to go a bit too far front. I've been taught that you should always keep your ankle in front of your knee and put the weight on your heel. That way you don't strain the cruciate ligaments holding your femur, tibia and fibula together. Could you comment on that?
@dagashi84 As long as you can see your toes you are fine. The biggest problem is that people sometimes continue to move forward after they took the step forward instead of moving straight down. So you should take a step forward, move down, back up and then push back.

Hey, I have dumbells from years ago and they're only 2kgs each. I would usually have both of them in one hand to make 4kgs and do bicep curls. Does it matter about the weight being heavier? Can I do more reps with them? Would I need heavier ones to see some improvement?

Well you could just use the bags full of sand or any weighted object that you will be using for the Bicep curls to do normal shoulder press.

@adrianlee3 There are many ways. In the off season you can focus on lifting heavy weights in the gym but inseason you want to focus on functional fitness. At the end of the day it depends what position you play. Playing matches itself is also one of the best ways to get strong ! :)

@iamchickmagnet Apparently, your muscles will react much better if their is not a set weekly/dayly structure. Instead, mix your workouts up in order and excercises used as much as possible.

Hey, love to watch your videos and see how you are like the only person that actually comments on their viewers. But I have a question, I am 17 years old, kinda tall, would say 185 CM and my weight is just only 60 - 65 kilo. I eat as much as possible, actually many fat products, but I ain't gaining any weight. I do have a six pack, but I lost interest in it last summer. Now after the Christmas holidays I want to train again, first just at home, sit ups and stuff, will it help?

Hey, I've noticed that when you do lunges, your knee tends to go a bit too far front. I've been taught that you should always keep your ankle in front of your knee and put the weight on your heel. That way you don't strain the cruciate ligaments holding your femur, tibia and fibula together. Could you comment on that?

@dagashi84 As long as you can see your toes you are fine. The biggest problem is that people sometimes continue to move forward after they took the step forward instead of moving straight down. So you should take a step forward, move down, back up and then push back.

Hey, I have dumbells from years ago and they're only 2kgs each. I would usually have both of them in one hand to make 4kgs and do bicep curls. Does it matter about the weight being heavier? Can I do more reps with them? Would I need heavier ones to see some improvement?

@Rockylols Yes you will need heavier dumbbells but you can also just use exercise bands or bags with sand.

Has anybody olready got his first workoutplan from the workout club? I have realy big problems with the registration and I don`t know who I should ask. Every time I enter my e-mail the program tells me that its invalid, but i tried 2 different e-mails and it still doesn't work. Does anybody else have this Problem? Maybe some of you guys can help me? Thanks a lot.

Well you could just use the bags full of sand or any weighted object that you will be using for the Bicep curls to do normal shoulder press.

@MARSHALL740 Yes it does but in this video I really just used it as I did not have a chair nearby and I wanted this video to be equipment -LESS :) But yes if you have ball, do it on the ball as it is a killer! ( But make sure you are strong enought before you do!

@adrianlee3 There are many ways. In the off season you can focus on lifting heavy weights in the gym but inseason you want to focus on functional fitness. At the end of the day it depends what position you play. Playing matches itself is also one of the best ways to get strong ! :)
