  • just finished the 6weeksixpackchallenge and got amazing results !, now iam starting right after it this workout and also the day after the cardio+abs just like the challenge. it's amazing and gives me the figure i thought i could never get it, but i have it right now. Thanks for all the help and iam really feeling good!

    2:30 pike INVERTED shoulder press, using a chair still uses equipment duh!

    If you rest less, you bild more muscles and your workout is more intense. !

  • This works great, but if you do over 6-12 reps, but some more weight on, what i did, is that i took a bag and filled it with books(you can use whatever you have though), and i add/remove them according to what muscle im working :) like 12-15kg on bicep, and 20kg when im doing pushups, and 20+ with squats and lunges ;) just wear the bag on your back on the last two

  • I would like to ask is there any other exercises for the back beside pull up? or are there ways to assist me at 1st? because till this date, i only can do 1-2 times pull up or need to support at least 35-45% of my body weight to pull at least 6-8 times, mix 10.

    Only time he used "equipment" was when he used a sandbag with a strap for biceps and an exercise ball for the pike shoulder press.

    Unless you're a twat who can't read, it does state: "use a bag with sand" and "use a chair instead of a ball." So unless you don't own a bag that can't hold 10 pounds or don't own a chair, I suggest you to seriously find someone to help you on how you live.

  • @iamchickmagnet Apparently, your muscles will react much better if their is not a set weekly/dayly structure. Instead, mix your workouts up in order and excercises used as much as possible.

But I have a question, I am 17 years old, kinda tall, would say 185 CM and my weight is just only 60 - 65 kilo. I eat as much as possible, actually many fat products, but I ain't gaining any weight.   • Hey, I've noticed that when you do lunges, your knee tends to go a bit too far front. I've been taught that you should always keep your ankle in front of your knee and put the weight on your heel. That way you don't strain the cruciate ligaments holding your femur, tibia and fibula together. Could you comment on that?

  • @dagashi84 As long as you can see your toes you are fine. The biggest problem is that people sometimes continue to move forward after they took the step forward instead of moving straight down. So you should take a step forward, move down, back up and then push back.

  • Hey, I have dumbells from years ago and they're only 2kgs each. I would usually have both of them in one hand to make 4kgs and do bicep curls. Does it matter about the weight being heavier? Can I do more reps with them? Would I need heavier ones to see some improvement?

  • @Rockylols Yes you will need heavier dumbbells but you can also just use exercise bands or bags with sand.

    Greetings from Sweden, I will follow your exercises as a private project, but mostly for my fitness and health. I will document my progress and we will see the difference in about 6 months, which is my second goal.

Well you could just use the bags full of sand or any weighted object that you will be using for the Bicep curls to do normal shoulder press.

  • @adrianlee3 There are many ways. In the off season you can focus on lifting heavy weights in the gym but inseason you want to focus on functional fitness. At the end of the day it depends what position you play. Playing matches itself is also one of the best ways to get strong ! :)
