Thank you for your honest input..

We have a few key reasons why we charge this price:

    1) We spend an average of about 6-7 hours on each background. From initial design and draft to numerous re-designs until the client gets exactly what they want.

$95 ÷ 6 hours = $15.83/hour.. Having an on staff graphic designer would normally have a higher hour rate or salary. $15.83 isn't much when compared to the quality of work we put out.

  • 2) There may be some undercutters charging $30ish, but what are the clients really going to get? The graphic designer wouldn't be much motivated to going the extra mile in his work; the bare minimum and thats it. We have seen their work; we'll just keep it at that.

When it comes to the graphics design industry; you usually get exactly what you pay for.

    3) Since we charge this premium; we aren't bum-rushed with orders. It keeps a nice steady rate of orders;

  • that way we can concentrate on customer service. If we worked overloaded, the quality of customer service and personal touch would be lost.

We are the Twitter design company that serious companies use. Our clients aren't too cash strapped and they understand they pay for HIGH QUALITY designs. They see, from the perspective, that $95 is a very low cost compared to the highly increased visibility they have on Twitter.

  • Often times, doubling returns on investment from having a nice background design from us compared to having a poor page.

    Thanks,

    James F., Owner

  • wow, i understand that a quality background is important to establish your businesses credibility, but that is an insane price for one simple background.

i'm sure it is indeed quality work, i'd expect nothing less for $95.

    even $50 is steep.

how many people/companies have actually purchased a background and paid for your service?

personally, i'd do it for free.

it's not difficult at all to make a basic background.

    -----

all that aside, i appreciate your efforts.

    it's a well done video.

  • AA+ work! I had to write a review for these guys. I had them make a background for my online store, and it's been great. Customers always comment on it.
