I still love them all because Christ showed us that same love when he died for us.

Hey Geerup, I'l try and explain this to you. Normally, generally, whatever, atheists really dont care if you believe in a god. Thats your right, we dont want to take it away or persecute you. We (I) dont like the idea that you christian, not all but some, can impose your beliefs and get homosexuality, stem cell research and abortion all banned.

Being physically beaten, and being verbally criticized, confronted, or even insulted over the internet, are two entirely different things. Trying to equate them, not only won't work, it damages your credibility. Beliefs are not sacrosanct, even religious ones.
I don't think most people are persecuting God believers. I think they simply are voicing reasons they personally do NOT believe, or why they disagree. Just like political videos, they are not necessarily persecuting one another, they are merely discussing their views, and debating. Etc.
prejudice is a short circuit of useable brain cells to save an individual time and energy as a survival mechanism. For the most part, it keeps the a tribe, group, or race of people huddled together in marching orders.
