  • Hey Brian, you keep mentioning that you are going down in your decline sphinx plank push-up, I think the reason you did so many the first week was because you were just doing decline pushups. Check your day 5 video on your technique and it looks like thats what you are doing.

  • @jimmyhx2 Well today is the last day of week 3. I am going to start off week 4 with X2 Core, then Plyocide and then Total Body. I will then do the last 4 days of the week with the recovery sequence. That way I still got in some recovery but I don't have to dedicate a full week to it. I will be starting the 2nd phase next Thursday Jan 5th.
