I know it's been a while since you posted this video, but I wanted to leave a note of THANKS for sharing your ideas =-) I, too, am a fan of highlighting with glitter glue...it's inexpensive and certainly makes a simple card **pop**. ~Blessings~
I have a christmas announcement its abit like a christmas card but not ,so come check my page and read the comments section in the bottom right hand corner. hey read all of it whilst youre there.
Nice tutorial; and I won't have to go buy a hundred new tools and what-nots, or take 3 weeks of vacation to make these. Definitely a thumbs-up and I sub'd too.
it feels like something is missing...i think it like a little christmas tree or snowman or saanta or rudolph stuck on the little cards...just saying my opinion...no offence....soz if any was taken....xx
I have used heat and stick and don't like it. I'd much rather paint with my glitter glue bottle and wait for it to dry. I'm sure others prefer the other method though.
i make mine the exact same way - just card stock usually used for scrapbooking, stickers, Stickles glitter glue, & 3-D dots to 'pop up' a bit of paper. amazing 1 person said my cards looked like they were made by a kid - lmfao. scrapbook style cards i make aren't transparent paper you can ink dye or whathaveyou, so yeah - they look "childish" to begin with.

I have a lot of problems getting the glitter to stick to my cards, the stickle glitter looks so much easier and a better way to use glitter

wouldn't heat and stick with glitter be easier
pookiemoon 3 years ago
I personally find glitter glue a lot simpler than heat and stick, but if that's your preference, you could certainly use it.
