I have heard MANY dramatizations of the Bible, and trust me, this is the absolute best. My only little issue, is I wish they had put Pastor Paul who did the voice of God in the Old Testament, in the New testament as well instead of Samuel l. Jackson. My other minor issue, is while I love the gospel songs, I didn't like them in the middle of the New Testament. These would have been better served, as a serperate disc. Other than that...its absolutely perfect.

In the passage you keep quoting, Jesus said what he said in a way that tested the faith of the woman, because he clearly knew she would persist. You don't know if the hundreds of people on this project may have donated money to it or bought free copies for others. You also don't know what all the profits will be used for. I love this - this is almost just what I want - but I want it to be more like a play, with lots of actors doing the voices (not just one person). I loved the Odyssey series as a child - I'd love somebody to do an audio bible like that. Is there anything like that around?

He didn't get rid of sin, he died for your sins, so that those who believe in God and trust Jesus as their savior can be permitted into heaven despite their sins. But obviously you know nothing, I feel bad for you.
I think you missed the point. Jesus didn't come into the world to stop sin. If He did then he would not have been cricified. The act of crucifying him alone was sin. He came to save the world, but not everybody would be saved. There are no pass marks here. Just the fellow that closes his eyes to this world and opens it in heaven would know he/ she made the right choice.
PS. On a different note, babies are killed all over the world not just Africa

It would have been really wonderful & inspiring, if all this millionaire actors & preachers, put some of the money they have taken from the people and invested in the Kingdom of God. In other words, make this audio Bible free for all the world, Just load it up on iTunes podcast for everyone to be blessed. but because it would have actually cost them. This is just marketing strategies :(

You don't know if the hundreds of people on this project may have donated money to it or bought free copies for others. You also don't know what all the profits will be used for. Best option is to be thankful that it was created and made available for less than $50...video games cost more. We've gotta enjoy the little pleasures in life and this is def a big one. Peace

By the way, the reason why u can't determine my religious or spiritual affiliation by my youtube favs is because I don't come to youtube for religious direction or spiritual enrichment...I pray, go to church, and live a charitable lifestyle for that. Detach yourself from prestige and materialism, so as to free yourself up to love more, and you'll be ok. I pray daily for the conversion of sinners, salvation of souls, and unity of all Christians. This looks cool and I'll probably get it eventually. But I'm not clear why all the people are African American. Apparently that was a conscious decision. Perhaps it was a marketing ploy or an attempt to win more awards. Not to start a race debate or anything. It just struck me as a little peculiar.

I love this - this is almost just what I want - but I want it to be more like a play, with lots of actors doing the voices (not just one person). I loved the Odyssey series as a child - I'd love somebody to do an audio bible like that. Is there anything like that around?

I feel bad for people who live their life by the bible. Believe in what you want... I for one think all the religion and bible and what not is all fake... I'm not saying you're wrong for believing in it... But I feel bad for the people that live every second of every day by that book. It's so sad. Just live life. Quit trying to be perfect and not doing things just because somebody said you'll go to "hell" for it. Take a look around... we are in hell!

@CaptPoco it doesn't matter cause it's an audio bible. What matters is that many of those actors got closer to God by becoming more intimate with Gods word. I'm sure the production changed many lives. Not to mention that the quality sounds really good. Now blind people can enjoy the bible and receive the truth without difficulty.

I think you missed the point. Jesus didn't come into the world to stop sin. If He did then he would not have been cricified. The act of crucifying him alone was sin. He came to save the world, but not everybody would be saved. There are no pass marks here. Just the fellow that closes his eyes to this world and opens it in heaven would know he/ she made the right choice.
PS. On a different note, babies are killed all over the world not just Africa
