I don't believe Jessica is a stupid girl, just silly. She says thinks without thinking them through and she's a bit airy and flaky that's all. Nick is obviously the more mature one but should probably have taken more initiative to help Jessica. I mean, he helps but he doesn't really offer to help. Both of them had their faults.

I LOVED this show. I own all the seasons on DVD and I was bummed when they broke up. Fame changes people and I really think that Nick had a problem with Jessica morphing into the bigger star.

@Simplicity992 She divorced him. He wanted to stay married and work it out. He truly loved her, regardless of her flaws. I don't think he'll love any other woman the same way or amount again, not even Vanessa.

i still don't understand how they say they dated three years before they split up in 2001. They started dating in 1999, and then broke up in like April of 2001. That seems like a little over two years to me.
