Converted it too a limited slip diff, installed some new brembo brakes, and installed boost control. It only gets out of control when it's in the wet, but I don't mind because here in the UK it definitely turns heads!

I got a mustang gt 2007 with a cervinis eleanor bodykit with side exhausts and a ram air hood, a race style interior with corbeau bucket seats, harnesses and brackets, 2 MASSIVE 15" pioneer subwoofers where the back seats used to be, and a 6.1" touch screen where the old radio was, also made by pioneer. It also has a custom procharger kit which gives it about 580bhp! And it is all finished in royal blue with 2 White racing stripes going up the middle, 1 going up each side, and a sunstrip which

Both my Mustangs were made in Michigan (though I think the V-6 has an engine from europe), and they were both delivered perfect, not one defect, and now 2 1/2 years for the v-6 and 1 1/2 years for the GT and both are still perfect. Best cars I ever had. I love American quality.

not too much, in the 400s at the wheels according to the dyno. We have such smog restrictions in California I had to go with a smog legal unit with a pretty low boost. I have the original rear and have only hit 14 flat in the quarter mile at the track so far. It may be my shifting more than the power that is keeping me out of the 13s.

@stellastewart 400+ to the wheels and only 14s???? Got traction? Apparently not, the stock GT should do better than that. Suspension + tire should be your focus because 400+ at the wheels should put you in low 12s at that elevation. You're close to sea level right?

If you seriously want to get into the 13's and have a lot of change to boot then you could have gotten say a 17 year old LT-1 camaro/ Trans Am or vette and you could have run in the 13's in your sleep. I know it dosen't say much for ford when 15-20 year old cars could run times as good as their current offering???

I got a second off adding the supercharger, but I think the car is capable, I just need to get better at shifting. As for 17 year old Camaros, I prefer a Mustang. Sometimes its more important how you get there than how fast. I did try a IROC, I think it was an 85 or 86, 5.7 and it was very quick. Next car is a GT500.

@stellastewart That's the whole point you had to spend the money to add a supercharger and that only got you a second off, must be a very low boost? Be careful if you by that kr500 as it is no where near 500hp as ford claims because if it was it would not be running 12.8 -13.2 in the quarter as it did on MT and car and driver testing. More like 325hp...

I love my Mustangs. I am waiting till the 2010 Shelbys are left over (I hope) and will try to get one of those (I hate paying sticker). I will have to get rid of one of these probably to make room, and that will be the hard part. The 2011 GT is going to have about as much BHP as my supercharged GT, but still not as much as a 2010 Shelby. What do you think?

I had figured you had gotten rid of the V6 and stuck with the V8 I didnt know you owned both big baller! lol. well as far as 11' Gt's they r going to be fast yes, but they wnt be faster than 2010 GT500's and you can say that a GT500 will go down as a "collectors item" sometime down the line. the one yr they developed a GT500 w/ iron block for the new body style. Which to trade in tho? Everyone will tell you the V6
