For the people who keep getting 97%

when opening a car or a crate with money stand next to it because the further away you are from the crate or car the less the money will be worth which explains why you keep getting 97%

i dont know if matters but at the last section were you he goes into the area with the two ambulances (at the 10: 46 mark in the bottom ambulance) he leaves one of the health packs. I knew it was there and smashed it for gold so perhaps that is the one that is causing everyone problems.
