It wont be beanned, it will just not be in production. All the classic cars in the uk dont meet 'modern safety laws' either. Jaguar are working on a replacement for the defender apparently. But to me, the best 4x4xfar will always be the Defender. Besides defenders are very safe have seen a few in crashes. Lets just say the other car was alot worse off !

They did at one time. But now it doesn't meet your safety regulations. It's being discontinued in the UK after next year, cos it won't meet ours either. Massive shame.
