i would think the sciphone i68+ or sciphone i68 3G (does not have 3G capabilities). These are the most popular, cheapest, and have the most Java applications.

After buying 5 units, I can tell you these phones are not recomended, 4 of 5 had problems with the batteries, the chargers,the usb ports and 1 could not have dual sim card.

Nobody gave us any warranty, We lost our money.

On Att it is much more than 100. I am concerned because att said they will not cover this phone under insurance, but they will cover the rest of their phones. I have had 3 friends buy an iphone and now they are SOL because one person's was stolen, the other two phone broke and now they have to buy another phone. Cost wise, I would try this phone out. Hell, I have paid tons and tons on high end phones that don't work anymore!

That really depends on your service provider. It does come with a internet browser that works ok. And, with the correct setup, you can view regular html pages.

I think the freq is suppose to change on its own. If you go to settings I believe you can have it set to auto or pick what freq you want. You will have to dig around in the settings to find it.
