for the first one you dont have to go into go into that destroyed brick thing then get out you can just go around

jump onto the police car at the SnD attack spawn then jump into the balcony.. then in the balcony theres a box u can jump onto then a fridge.. if u do this u see a small ledge along the building u can get onto.. just a random spot but when i use it noone finds me xD
