Geese was easy in Genesis version, if you tap low kick he jumps every time, so you just use your anti air and win. And this version of the theme was really good.

Is it me, or is Geese easier in the Genesis Version? On Normal he doesn't do his counter throw and Reppuken isn't very damaging while in the Arcade footage I've seen Reppuken drains a third of your health and he counters most moves even on Easy.

@Alucard0090 hmm, dunno if the Genesis version is the easiest of all versions, but his Reppuken does a ton of damage on normal, from what I recall :P his Dragon throw he doesn't do all that often... but for that, you play on Hard ^^

still, he was a fierce boss that could own you if you weren't ready for the match :P

i remember renting this game on the Genesis and just hearing this tune was epic (until FF2's use of Dies Irae as Krauser's Theme). and now even though i have the authentic versions (via Fatal Fury Battle Archives 1 for the PS2, and both SNK arcade classic ports), i have the Genesis manual which i edited by pen to have the true move names

I love the Genesis version of Fatal Fury because its the only one that has a versus mode that used all the other characters. Geese is the man.

Well, what i did was to take the music rip from the web project 2612, then play it with winamp+plugin and then record it (to make a mp3) with audacity.

@deskawa I know the comment is old, but it's easier to do with foobar2k. Just load up the song, right-click it in the playlist, hit Convert, then set the options.

i always found the Genesis version of Geese to be much easier than the Neo-Geo version (especially since he doesn't counter that much)
