  • I just LOVE his expression at 0:18. It's all like "Oh HELL no!"

  • The one dislike must have had their car towed to Queens...

  • @Colloquielle, you do realize that this episode was filmed before the London congestion charge existed?

  • My fear about the White House or Pentagon is that I would never get to leave.

  • This little scene shows how brilliant The West Wing is. The timing is simply excellent.

  • Charlie is so funny

  • You can be she'll be parking in the garage! Lol, hysterical.

  • I love how Charlie is standing behind the desk and tell Bartlet what he can't do. xD

  • I live in Queens, and I hope there is a tractor show also :-)

  • i love how charlie sticks up for the secretary. and you know its because he's been on the other end of calls like that.

  • @jb420 Eh, I'm willing to bet there aren't too many people with cajones big enough to tell off someone calling on behalf of the Oval Office.

  • having subtitles on it is very handy for peeps like me who're at work and not supposed to be messing around on you tube, so for that I thank the poster, but obviously, they're for people who cant hear!!

  • Which season and Episode is this?

  • Season 4, Episode 10 "Arctic Radar".

  • No reason def people can't enjoy shouting.

  • whats with the English subtitles when its already in english?! lol

  • @TheDefunktPistol lol you so funny long time i laugh at your comment ...long time i tell you!! lol lol lol

  • @TheDefunktPistol deaf people probably

  • I love this clip - doesn't matter how many times I see it, it still brings tears of laughter to my eyes.

The funniest bit is the outrage of the Americans at UN officials dodging parking tickets, when they refuse to pay the congestion charge in London. One rule for the US, one for everyone else...!

  • @Colloquielle I suspect it is so for diplomats everywhere, to varying degrees of egregiousness

  • @thatdrattedcat As a matter of fact, an audit on UN parking tickets was done a couple of years ago. You know what they found? The worst offenders were the ones who come from tin-pot, banana republics in Africa and Asia and top the list of "world's most corrupt" countries...

  • I lived in NY for years, and there are no people as ugly on the inside and out as those UN axxholes. And fyi, the tix they don't pay are the ones they get from breaking the law by parking where nobody is allowed to (including handicapped spots and hospital ambulance loading zones), not those ridiculous tix that limey fruit commie mayor in London dictates.

  • @peachesruane

Too bad the merkins do the exact same thing in London - no Congestion Charge for them!

  • @Colloquielle This clip is definitely hilarious. However, do you mean that American diplomats get a waiver from congestion charges in London? Are you sure? I spent some time with a diplo family in London and I'm pretty sure they paid (with as much grumbling as all the other residents of that city)...

  • I love Charlie, LOL!

  • A big craft show at Shea...awesome

  • I love how Leo looks almost scared to tell him.

  • im going to do something about this! i know, next time i'm leaving a bar? im totally peeing on a diplomat's car. that'll learn em.

  • John Bolton makes a surprise guest appearance :-)!!

    Or was it Sir Rudy?!?

  • Parking tickets, you cheap assed diplomats!

  • UN diplomats have 'diplomatic immunity' to all crimes commited in the host nation. Arrogant diplomats include New Your City parking restrictions under this immunity - they park anywhere - and get towed. The Sec. Gen of the UN was trying to 'fix' the parking tickets.

One of the many high spots in a show that 'raised the bar' for inteligent drama.

  • @noelsussex actually that is not true, they are simpy immune to laws that may prevent them from doing their job.

Parking where you please is not part of their job, that is why just like in real life, these diplimats are "asked" to pay their fines, the problem however comes, when they dont, what else could the goverment do?And would they do it, in most cases the answer is no.

  • what happened? what's up with the towing? and what's shea?

  • shea stadium is where the new york mets play

  • what happened? what's up with the towing? and what's shea?

  • "you can bet she'll be parking in the garage though." Brilliant

  • Aw, poor secretary!
