I hve always found that simply paying attantion to what you are doing (example, during a panic attack, witch I take alot of, you are breathing heavely, having a clouded judgement ect). Paying attention to yourself, for me atleast, help keep me out of panic and anxiety. I cant really describe why doing it helps me, but if helps others then do it.
