When I met him, I expected to meet an abusive, snobby, artist or something. I was wrong. He was charming, funny and down-to-earth. When I gave him the LP, he was visibly delighted and thanked me profusely. (I knew he loved obscuro and still does.)

This totally reminds me of about a million business presentations I've been in (or attempted) where the first 15 minutes of the meeting are trying to plug in the stupid monitor display/ projector thing, and then calling in some random IT stand-in who just prolongs the discomfort while you sit there looking stupid and everyone stares at you like you're a retard. Yeah, we've all been there.
