  • Seeing that you picked a Red Hat distro that is 10 years old, I fail to see how this is a good test.

  • I agree it takes much longer to boot-up compared to Ubuntu. However I use Red Hat for my linux class. I prefer Ubuntu though.

    Back then when redhat was producing desktop edition was top of the line just like ubuntu now they are producing server editions.
