  • I have a loooot of VITREOUS FLOATERS in my boths eyes, some are very smalls and others are like a single twisted hair....is posible tocure this?? how much is the procedre in usa?

  • I have just one question how much it is cost?

  • @ELCHINGONZOTE Checking eye is for 250 bucks. First and second treatment is 1850 bucks for each eye. From third treatment is 400 bucks.

  • Chill guys!it can goes away....inbox me if wanna know futher..:)at first i was so depress with it..NOW :)im fine!!

  • @Savinjackson That is not true at all. I have had a huge black dot with a tail for over 2 years driving me insane, now I have threads that blur, they arent dark but I have to blink a thousand times and have to move my eyes around fast when i read because it goes right over where the words are. These things make me so depressed and angry. I am 28 years old and have had them since I was 10. The old one is visible to my eye Dr., that's how big it is. I see them EVERY DAY ALL DAY LONG

  • For all of the people saying this is a really nice treatment if you want to go blind, go do some research before commenting. I actually work for a retinal specialist that performs this procedure, we have performed over 350 of them none of which have had a single complication. The original Dr. who invented this laser did a case study on over 3000 patients none of which had any complications except possible corneal abrasion from the lens.

  • I'm 17 and have a lot ! In both eyes

    I've had them since I was 16.

Why did I get them so soon?

And in addition I have a stigmatism

  • @MysteryUser2011 you might have ankylosing spondylitis

  • i,m 33 i just started getting floaters this year,it,s very annoying

  • @drumguitar18 actually no, i have perfect 20/20 vision

  • 4:00 they are trying to convince us briefly that we have floaters

  • How much cost the treatment?

  • @georgelewis It depends how much treatment you will need. I will put his web site's price policy.

  • What is the complications ????? I dont wanna go blind

  • This EXcellent treatment - if U wanna go blind.

  • I am japanese. I have had his treatment two weeks ago. I got really nice improvement.

  • @chokingman did all your floaters go away ? and did this person in the video do the laser treatment or did you go some where else ?

  • @globalk100 Not all of them , There are still semi-transparent debris on the both eyes and Something close to retina He didn't even try to shoot because of dangerous. but I got almost every thick ones gone on left eye. Unfortunately My right eye has still some of stuffs so I am planning to go back there in the future.

  • @globalk100 OH I forgot to answer that He treated my eyes. I can say that He is really nice person. I went there with other japanese. some of them are not allowed to have his treatment because moving shadow is close to retina. then He gave those japanese a really nice discount.

  • @globalk100 thanks for the reply . i have had floaters for like 3 years now and its really annoying . i am thinking about the laser eye treatment but i wasn't sure how safe it was or how good the results are . i have seen some comments on google and some said the laser eye treatment helped and some said it didnt help as much . man i hate these damm floaters LoL ... well its good to hear it improved your floaters .. thanks again for the reply

  • @globalk100 I went to this place. and I had his laser treatment. Laser treatment is not like perfect treatment. but I got less floaters and I feel much better now.

  • @chokingman okay i see thanks for the reply .

  • I have had very bad floaters since i was 15. I am 18 now. I have the small clear worm like floaters in my left eye that probably can not be removed by the laser. However, my right eye has a very large single black mass of tangled floaters that is always in the peripheral vision. Every time i move my eyes it goes directly in my line of vision. I can look right at it. What causes these kinds of floaters in teens? This should only happen to older people.

  • @crapfig Let me guess. You're nearsighted?

  • you need to lower the price of treatment.

  • laser your ass everyone i know who got laser surgery complains that their vision is now worse than before dumb money sucking hog

howcome virtually every other organ in the body can repair itself, even bones, all except the eyes? not like im falling for that but now i cannot find a cure b/c the internet is full of trash

  • But, do the floaters really dissapear? or are just turn into smaller pieces that hopefully you wont see?

  • how much does it cost? do they have it at philippines?

  • That simulation at 00:48 is DEAD on!!

  • This is a scam, floaters are part of the inside of your eye that harden and break off, so even if they get rid of the ones that are there now, more will appear.

  • floaters look like they flash multicolor they suck!

  • i have several in both eyes. worst in the right eye on the peripheral vision

Is it true that they get better with age? will they sink to the bottom of the eye?

  • @terder123 Nope they don't go away. I have had mine since I was 10 years old. Started in the left eye then the right and have gotten progressively worse since I became a type II diabetic

  • i ve got billions of floaters

  • Dr. I have floaters, and I've been to UCLA Jules Stein Eye Center to see two different Drs there. They both told me there is nothing that could be done for the floaters I have, caused by vitreous detachment. My question to you is, you are an independent DR with your own practice it seems. How do I trust you and your laser over the word of one of the top eye centers in the world UCLA Jules Stein. I would assume with all the money and research at UCLA they would be correct. No?

  • you said it. its all about the money. UCLA doesn't give a shit if you die. as long as they are making money. im sure its all about the money.

  • You may be interested in our new floater charity. More information is available from our YouTube channel.

  • @sanjose21ca

    re: UCLA, etc.

I am independent, a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. There is not a lot of interest in floaters in academia or anywhere else. I didn't invent this procedure, but I have dedicated my career to it. I couldn't do it if it didn't work. There is a ton of information on my main website, VitreousFloaterSolutions (dot) com

    Dr. J

  • How much does this cost?

  • What age must you be to have your floaters treated? I'm 16/17 and my vision would be drastically improved if just one or two of my larger floaters were lasered. Thanks, i'm short sighted and wear contact lenses...if that makes any difference!

  • We treat the obvious floaters. They should not come back, but it is possible that clear areas of the vitreous can later cloud up with age. -Dr. J

  • Do the treatments prevent more floaters from popping up or does it just take care of the stray ones?

  • "I read somewhere that you don't treat people over the age of 55"

Don't know where you read that. Most patients are in the 40-70 age range where age-related changes to the vitreous occur. - Dr. J

  • @oclaservision

i am 32 yrs old, and the amount of floaters have increased, in the morning they are really bad, but they disappear after 1 hour and are only visible if i concentrate on them, and have also seen some flashes too, is my retina damaged etc and will the floaters get worse?

    thanks

  • If the number of floaters have suddenly increased, and you also see camera flashes going off from time to time, I recommend going to see an eye doctor to check for any retinal disturbances including retinal detachments (RD). The risk of a RD increases the more near sighted you are.

So, if the floaters are new, and you see flashes, and you may also see a curtain, then definetly go see an eye doctor. In the case of a RD, permanent vision can result if not repaired within 24 hrs.

  • @Phantomdota

the floaters have pretty much gone away now, thanks for the help.

  • @Phantomdota

what caused them was too much sleeping like over 8 hours and sometimes 12hrs

  • I read somewhere that you don't treat people over the age of 55. Is this true, cause I 17 years old and I have started to get shadowy floaters (already!?).

  • I have got eye floaters and I am 14 years old =(

  • I am 16 and I have em too... it sux but I am just waitin a few years till the technology will be safer and better. stay strong^^

  • me too. im used to it and it isnt that bad so i can wait. i can go my whole life like this. but its good to see the option is out there if i want it.

  • you know what... I completely agree with you. I can go on my whole life with this but just seeing options make it easier.

Thanks for a great response :)

  • there is a lot of people here in Brazil with this disease and they are simply ignored by ophthalmologists! We need help! Come to Brazil Dr. Johnson for god's sake!

  • there is a lot of people here in Brazil with this disease and they are simply ignored by ophthalmologists! We need help! Come to Brazil Dr. Johnson for god's sake!

  • Living in Germany and can find no doctor who would treat this. lso suffered from beginning retinal detachment after a beginning vitreous body detachment. The standard in ophthalmology is so low here, i'm even happy to be able to see. Didn't know that there can be done something against these floaters. Doctors never mentioned.

  • How much is this tratment? As much as lasik? i would get it done most of the time i forget my floaters are there but when i concentrate their they go floating around lol,

  • I am not aware on anyone in South America doing this. I'll gladly come to Brazil to teach if you can get the medical community to invite me down. I'll start brushing up on my Portugese. Dr.J

  • Hi, I am from Brazil and I can't seem to find any doctors around here that would do this treatment. Do you know anyone who would and if possible could you tell me how to contact them? thanks!

  • tkcwu,

no not at all. It is painless, and my patients usually drive themselves home immediately afterwards. The eye is fully recovered from the dilated drops by several hours after. the eye is back to normal (minus the treated floater material) by the next morning.

    Dr. J

  • DO i have to get my eye skin cut open for the laser to hit the floater?

  • wow its almost as brainwashing as a infomercial LOLOLOL
