DrNaik is giving best answer he can give because he does not know the details about sudarshan kriya( he confessed to it). Once he learns it, he will change his opinion. All the logic and scientific reference he is quoting is purely for intellectual consumption. Sudarshan kriya existed 1000s of years ago. Sri Sri revived it for the benefit of mankind. It is for everyone to practice and benefit - has nothing that can conflict with any religion. Pity those who chose to miss on the name of religion.

@bedp1 - It isn't a competition .. it doesn't matter which source said what first .. it is a 'discussion' to argue whether 'yoga' is permissible in Islam or not ! : )

and i hope u know same veda told about Antim rishi (last Prophet) who will bring last revelation (Quran)
