Seoden- in terms of fact checking and accuracy, the BBC has been held up by INDPENDANT judges of such criteria time after time after time as the most unbiased and impartial news organisation in the UK. period.

Yes they make mistakes (less mistakes than say ITN for example), yes they have biased editors 9much less than say Sky), but taken as a whole (BBC TV and BBC Radio and BBC World service) they are the standard by which all others follow. Sorry if that rains on your wheeties.

sorry...I disagree. The BBC are the only trusted institution for factual reporting. They are regulated so they are not bias and I'm sure that though it will be uncomfortable for Americans to watch... they should. 

We all know how Micheal Moore is demonized by the radical right wing NEWS Corp.
