I was wondering what motor and pipe combination you are using. Also what gyro and tail combination are you using as well. I just got one of these kits and I am excited to get it in the air.

Using the Align 91 with Align Pipe, Spartan Gyro with DS650 tail servro.

Spektrum DX7 se (2048-11ms speed) AR7100R receiver, Align DS610's on cyclic on straight 8.4V!
