No one can be denied coverage. This means you can buy insurance on the drive to the hospital and they cant deny you. This will obviously push premiums to astronomical levels. Therefore, a $1000 fee will be the logical option for most everyone, especially the young. This will in turn force many insurance companies out of business which will leave Uncle Sam as the sole provider of health care in America. Viola Socialist medicine in a formerly 'free' country.

My state government is Wonderful, but I communicate often with the 3 dimbulbs who follow the Evil Trifecta.
