A reply to Nadav34 -- what is the "waste" -- that Yiddish is bei you a language that only the dead speak -- in which case, I'm sorry that is so for you, but for us, we're not dead -- or that this video is the waste since why bother making something in a language for the dead -- in which case, see point one. Figure it out. Folks still speak Yiddish. You can study it in University. Parents teach it to their children.
I hate to say it but, I'm from the Catskills for real....and I find this kind of humor a little too overplayed. Now if you can link me to the group also wonderfully doing a religious Jewish song with pride then I'll say "ok" but till then...enough with the Jews and Christmas jokes. No offense anyone! I grew up with this humor and discovering people like Rabbi Haim Louk (amazing religious vocalist from Morocco) was such a tonic. Go to his videos now...
This is fantastic and funny!! The idiots who take this seriously make me sick and are the usual anti-semites who hate anything Jewish. Jewlia Eisenberg is a fantastic singer and this is wonderful!! Donna L.Copman
I mentioned that Jesus was a Jew because Scott seemed to think Yiddish, a Jewish language, inappropriate in a Christian (ie. Christmas -- Jesus' birthday) context.
Ot azoy!I have no problem with the sound of this yiddish. It depends on where ure from dont You think? I heard polish and ukrainian accents as a child. Anyway never mind, its a fun clip!
Yes, Jesus was a Jew. His mother was a Jew so he was Jew. Read your Bible: he was a practicing Jew all his life and he never renounced Judaism.

I would say to anyone who does not find this amusing "get a life". Take it in the spirit in which it's meant

Scott, in case you forgot, Jesus was a Jew.

Really? So the son of God (who obviously doesn't belong to any human nation) and a virgin is a Jew?

kngiht84 I believe the ending music is the Heiser Bulgar. You ought to be able to find
an MP3 of it. Or ask the Kugelband (I forget their names) listed in the video.
