  • Tackle it, perhaps thick parents should be tackling it by not spending welfare £ on fags, ale, games systems, scratchcards etc. Ive been at the Post Office many a time & seen people collect giro/sick £ & instantly spend over half of this on tins of beer, numerous packs of fags & scratchcards. Good use of state handouts eh, no doubt lots of child allowance goes this way too. Poverty is bought on by thick parents!
