@smallspeak It is Dossier, but some kind of remix or special edition. I know Benjamin Bethurum, the guy behind Bethurum, works for HTC, specifically creating all the sounds you hear on a HTC mobile, so I think this track was made especially for this video. Which is annoying, because it's really good.

I don't think they feel they need to, since they already dominate the market for smart phones, even thought the smart phone markets is pretty small compared to regular cellphones.

Well, supposedly, they make over 50% of the smartphones out there. Not just under their own brand, but for example, the Google Android, is by HTC.
