This app is marginal at best. Tara Stiles is EXCELLENT and the small mini sessions she provides on flexibility etc are superb. Deepak's contribution to this app is very disappointing. His constant commentary is nothing but irritating. Furthermore, the claims he makes for the health benefits of each pose are ludicrous. Wish I hadn't purchased this app ... and wish Tara did one on her own.

hmm one of the advantages of being a spiritual guru is meeting beautiful women. I have quite a good language and can write really well flowery language and I regret, I did not follow the path of Deepak Chopra.
