1:40 something like this almost happened to my cousin, was wearing a traditional gold bracelet, the thing started and there was a line of plastic flowing between the space between the ring in his arm.. by luck he caught sight of it...and slowly turned the bracelet to the opening and slipped it out of the line :P

If i watched this safety video before i started work at a company, i'd almost have a conspiracy against them questioning all those deaths and injuries as murders. But otherwise, this is hilariously fake looking, in a sense that those reenactments were poorly but gruesomely accurate. LOL. xD
